Terms of use for Ejecta

License
When you purchase Ejecta, you receive a license to use the software on one Mac at a time. This license is:
- Perpetual: You can use the version you purchased indefinitely
- Transferable: You can deactivate and reactivate on a different Mac
- Non-exclusive: I can license the software to others
Restrictions
You may not:
- Redistribute, sell, or sublicense Ejecta
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices
- Use the software for any unlawful purpose
Refunds
If you’re not satisfied with Ejecta, contact me within 30 days of purchase at [email protected] for a full refund.
Disclaimer
Ejecta is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. I am not liable for any damages arising from the use of this software, including but not limited to data loss.
While Ejecta is designed to help you safely eject drives, you are responsible for ensuring your data is backed up and for using the software appropriately.
Updates
I may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Ejecta after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
